Baby blue "Glitter in the Air" made its catwalk turn at the Badgley Mischka spring show—Lippmann layered it over "Fashion," a creamy taupe polish. And Lippmann used "Naked," a color she calls a "true nude," at three different fashion shows—"Naked" is perfect for all you ladies who love the totally neutral-nail look, but haven't yet been able to find a not-too-white/not-too-pink color.

sunday's obsession 1.30.11.

lace nails.. do it yourself.

i took this photo last year at tracy reese's fall/winter 2010 fashion week and thought it would be awesome to do this to myself. you can follow these simple steps...

1.start with a clean nail.

2. brush on gel resin.

3. pick a thin parisian piece of lace & attach

4. spray with glue dry

5. cut & shape using an embroidery scissor

6. re-resin.

7. to remove, soak in acetone

note: use a fun base color to use under the black lace. you can definitely play around with this and be as creative as you want with the lace fabric color or even just a simple base color.

banana pancakes.

woke up early this morning and craved banana pancakes just because of jack johnson's song. a little cliche but what ever. i like to spruce up my pancakes with a little bit of nutella rather than some chocolate chips. you can even try some peanut butter on top too to give it a little extra.

i absolutely love this collection. i'm not really a lover of this designer but this collection seems right up my alley.

last minute winter buy.

spotted this girl wearing the zara shaggy white faux fur coat that i always wanted. i was tempted to get it but failed to do so cause i didn't feel like paying so much money for it. good news! its on sale now at zara. to be quite honest i'm not sure if they have any left. but i recently just googled it and it came up on ebay for $79. such a steal.
